BeCaring Homecare was founded in 2022, with the goal to care for seniors while they remain living at home. Also, helping older adults and individuals with disabilities in care communities or their home!
The company is committed to provide excellent non-medical home care services at the very highest standards at affordable and competitive rates.
Alberto Sanchez, Owner and Executive Director has established his career as a leader in the field in providing home care services helping seniors for over two decades. His humble beginnings brought him to Connecticut from New York City at the age of 15. Alberto continued his studies in Connecticut and Massachusetts, where he studied Health Occupations in Chicopee, Massachusetts.
Being intrigued with giving care to seniors, he embarked on many different avenues in the healthcare industry. Alberto garnered his experience working at long-term care facilities including Convalescent Homes, Assisted Living and many other notable Homecare agencies. His leadership and caring nature were evident. He assembled talented, warmhearted and passionate individuals to aid families in adversity in challenging circumstances to care for their loved ones.

At BeCaring we take great pride in our team of Caregivers. They come from all walks of life, with tenured, skilled, and compassionate experiences which results in the best care being metered out to clients. Our Caregivers chose their profession because it is their nature to help others. They ensure that clients are well taken care of and attended to while they are still living at home. Our Caregivers are bonded and insured. They are dedicated team members of BeCaring and bring their commitment with several years of experience in homemaking, companionship, and other higher certifications to help with clients at different care stages. Another important factor is that our Caregivers are constantly being trained so that they are versed in new ways to approach our clients “care needs”. The Caregivers are led by our dedicated Field Supervisors with continuous education in senior care.

The skillful Classic Caregivers make themselves aware of our clients needs and are capable to address each individual accordingly. They are able to assist with all activities of daily living and encourage clients to focus positively thus ensuring every individual experience comfort and a sense of security in their environment especially during challenging times.
Assignment includes:
- Dressing
- Grooming
- Stand-by assistance with ambulation
- Medication Reminders
- Meal Preparation (and following of dietician recommendations)

Our Associate Companions are sometimes volunteers, college students or retirees. We are very meticulous in selecting our team of Associate Companions who come highly recommended. They are attentive, friendly, kind-hearted and professional individuals who will ensure that our clients enjoy life in and outside of their homes. Their core function includes providing emotional support and keeping them socially active to enrich the quality of their lives. Associate Companions become a true friend.
Assignment includes:
- Personal Assistance (helping with sorting and going through mailings, engaging with computer work, planning extracurricular activities and more...)
- Homemaking (light housekeeping, laundering of clothes and pet care)
- Transportation
- Errands
- Grocery shopping
- Meal preparation
- Social Outings (Restaurants, movies, music events and others)
Advanced Caregiver
Associate Companion
Advanced Caregiver
All-rounded Advanced Caregivers are highly trained professionals who are empowered to deliver excellent home care services. At BeCaring our Advanced Caregivers are equipped to handle clients who are critically ill and require specific care. These caregivers have the ability to monitor and quickly identify a “point of issue” and whether or not the clients might require additional medical attention. If urgent care is required this will be given utmost priority.
Assignment includes:
- Collaborates and communicates with care professionals and families
- Designates medical appointments and other care engagements
- Meal Preparation
- Housekeeping (Keeping the client’s environment clean and clutter free)
- Assist with all Activities of Daily Living
- Assist clients with Memory Difficulties
- Encouragement, Support and Engagement
- Monitoring and Supervision
